Low turnout during voter registration has continued to be recorded, even as the deadline draws to a close on Tuesday.
At a centre near Kenya National Archives on Monday, few people turned out to register.
Few numbers have been recorded in the past three days at the archives centre, despite thousands passing the area.
This has been attributed to many Kenyans preferring to transfer or register to vote in their remote areas, a service that's not provided at centre.

IEBC acting CEO Marjan Hussein on Sunday disclosed to the Star that the commission has not witnessed a surge in the numbers even in the final days of the four-week mass voter registration drive that ends on Tuesday.
Apathy, lack of motivation and lack of IDs have been cited as the possible causes of the low turnout.
