The number of Kenyans getting vaccinated has increased as the information about its significance has been well spread.
Every institution is taking the matter with the urgency it deserves, with many spreading the message on the importance of getting vaccinated.
The Church has been on the forefront in spreading this message and on Monday a huge number of the public visited the All Saints Cathedral church, which started a two-day vaccination exercise.
On Monday, a good number of Kenyans visited the church to get vaccinated, a vaccination program that the church has in partnership with the Nairobi Metropolitan Service.
NMS healthcare worker Hassan stated that a good turnout has been recorded, with close to 2500 adults will be vaccinated through the program.

The vaccines which form the first batch of the two shipments expected to total 1.76 million doses from the US government arrived at JKIA at 6.15 am.
This is the first time that Moderna vaccines have been received in Kenya.
The vaccines were donated through the Covax facility and transported by Unicef.
The vaccines were received by officials from the Kenyan Government led by Health PS Susan Mochache and CAS Dr. Mercy Mwangangi.
