Kenya has reported 100,422 confirmed cases of coronavirus.
This is after 99 more people tested positive in the last 24 hours.
A statement from the Ministry indicated this was out of 4,758 samples tested in the same period.

Nairobi leads with 57 cases followed by Mombasa with 6 cases, Kilifi 6 cases and Kiambu 6 cases.
Embu county has 4 cases, Bungoma, Machakos, Kisumu each with 3 cases, Kajiado, Migori two cases each, Kakamega, Kitui, Laikipia, Homa Bay, Kericho, Meru, Siaya and Turkana counties each with one case.
"Unfortunately, 2 patients have succumbed to the disease pushing our cumulative fatalities to 1,753. Our sincere condolences to the families and friends of those that have lost their loved ones," read part of the statement.
The number of recoveries has risen to 83,757 after 66 more patients were discharged.
Of the new recoveries, 34 were from various health facilities while 32 from the Home-Based Isolation and Care.
According to the statement, 476 patients are currently admitted to various health facilities across the country while 1,363 are on Home Based Isolation and Care.
Some 28 patients are in ICU of whom 14 are on ventilatory support and 13 on supplemental oxygen while one patient is under observation.
Another 16 patients are separately on supplementary oxygen with 11 being in general wards and 5 in the High Dependency Unit-HDU.
