Three people have been reported dead in an accident in Koibatek, Baringo County.
The three are aged 19, 18 and 17.
Two died on the spot, while the 17-year-old boy died while being rushed to Timboroa Health Centre.
Police said the accident occurred at around 4:20 p.m. on Monday at the Kerema area along the Nakuru-Eldoret road.
The accident involved a Toyota Porte Saloon car and a truck.
According to eyewitnesses, the Saloon car lost control, hitting the truck, which was heading to Eldoret.
Driver of the Saloon car, aged 55, sustained injuries on both legs, while another 16-year-old sustained a cut on the forehead.
Survivors are currently being treated at Timboroa Health Center.
