Three people have been confirmed dead after Tuesday evening accident at Kachok FlyOver in Kisumu.

According to the Nyanza Police Traffic boss Mwangi Nganga, the three are a truck and tuk tuk driver and a female passenger.

Nganga said the truck was carrying gumboots that were being transported to Uganda but the truck driver lost control towards the FlyOver.

Nganga said they managed to retrieve the bodies at around 8 pm.

"Two people were in the tuk tuk, the driver and a female occupant while the other person was the truck driver who all died on the spot," Nganga said.

According to the traffic boss, the area is a black spot and they are going to raise awareness by erecting signs so that drivers can drive with caution when they approach the area.
