IEBC has released the first verified constituency presidential results out of the 290 expected to be verified prior to the declaration of the winner.
Chairman Wafula Chebukati said results from Webuye East were the first to be verified at the national tallying centre at Bomas of Kenya, Nairobi.
Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition presidential candidate Raila Odinga garnered 13, 720 votes while UDA's William Ruto got 16, 412 votes.
David Waihiga of Agano party got 110 votes while George Wajackoyah of Roots party had 249 votes.
Chebukati said there were 48,950 registered voters in the constituency.
Total votes cast were 30,491 while 384 votes were rejected.
The commission now has 289 more constituency results to verify before announcing the presidential winner.
IEBC will also verify diaspora votes before releasing the final tally.
