Trends on NGO Funding in the last 10 years

NGOs received a total of Sh196.0 billion in the Financial Year 2022/2023 compared to Sh175.9 billion reported in the previous year.

Despite the increase in funding between the two years, the sector has continued to record a fluctuating trend over the past decade.

This is according to the Annual NGO Sector Report released by the NGOs Co-ordination Board on June 18, 2024.
