The Institute of Human Resource Management and Council of Governors-Kenya on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The MoU was signed at the council of governors headquarters in Nairobi.
Part of the agreement includes providing policy guidance on County Human Resource planning and utilization.
It also included offering technical assistance in the Human Resources, labour and social welfare committees, offering advisory to the counties and sensitising counties on compliance with the Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP) Act.
Present at the MoU signing is the National Chairman CHRP Odero Philip Dalmas, Executive Director CHRP Quresha Abdullahi, CEO, Council of Governors Mary Mwiti, Director, Legal and CHRP Caroline Odandi, HR - Council of Governors.
