One person dead in city accident involving Prisons bus

One person died instantly in an accident at Haile Selassie  Procession Road.

The accident which happened near the Kenya Railways Golf Club involved a personal car and a Prison Bus.

At the time accident, the personal car had two occupants, the father and his kid.

The driver of the personal car died at the scene while his child sustained injuries and was rushed to Kenyatta National Hospital for treatment.

The owner of the saloon car was trying to overtake the bus at a high speed.

There was huge traffic snarl-up which was cleared by the police after a while.
