The inter-ministerial consultations between the Ministry of Agriculture and East African Community are aimed at aligning final Kenyan recommendation to EAC.
Final recommendations for the regional session will be made.

Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Mithika Linturi is in Tanzania for the 16th meeting of the Sectoral Council on Agriculture and Food Security at Dar el Salaam.
The inter-ministerial consultations between the Ministry of Agriculture and East African Community is aimed at aligning the final Kenyan recommendation to EAC.

"We shall later make final recommendations for the regional session in the afternoon," Linturi said.
Kenya’s High Commissioner to the United Republic of Tanzania Isaac Njenga was also in attendance during the Council meeting.
