NLC lifts embargo on Kilifi settlement schemes

The National Lands Commission partly lifted the two-decade-long embargo in some plots in Chembe Kibabamuche and Kilifi Jimba settlement schemes.Chairman Muhammad Swazuri said plots with no disputes and the ones where landowners agreed to give part of it to squatters shall get their tittle deeds. He spoke during an interview with journalists in Malindi town yesterday.
