The Malindi District Cultural Association and nominated Senator Emma Mbura are locked in a tussle over user rights to the Mekatilili wa Menza name.
Association secretary general Karisa Mwarandu said it has exclusive rights and it will seek legal redress against the senator, who used the name for her foundation. Mbura said she did no crime.
