Security not governors’ job, says Khalwale

Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale has urged county commissioners not to let governors usurp their role of providing security. He said the function has not been devolved and should be handled by the county commissioners and President Uhuru Kenyatta. Khalwale spoke on Saturday during a funeral in Tongaren constituency, Bungoma North.
