Must be proficient in technology and very client centric. This role requires a mixture of system administration and client engagement hence the role holder must also be proficient in technology, solution oriented and customer centric. Must have exceptional problem-solving skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, and high emotional intelligence.
