Provide regular encouragement and accountability to leaders on project goals. Plan and facilitate meetings and sessions for clients, ensuring effective engagement and outcomes. Strategize for future partnerships and secure renewal and expansion of client portfolios on the Impact Platform. Qualifications Relevant Bachelor s degree. Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role including understanding platform solutions, finding out what clients need, and creating personalized plans for their success. Must be proficient in technology and very client centric. This role requires a mixture of system administration and client engagement hence the role holder must also be proficient in technology, solution oriented and customer centric. Must have exceptional problem-solving skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, and high emotional intelligence.
