Tanzanian singer Nandy has explained the joy of welcoming her child.
She and her husband rapper Billnass welcomed a baby girl.
Speaking for the first time since giving birth, Nandy said her child is now her source of joy.
"I want to thank God for He is Mighty, a Kichaga girl has been born," she wrote.
"I love my mother because now I see the real meaning of being called a mother. I have never been this happy. I am happy from the bottom of my heart."
To her hubby, Nandy thanked him for giving her a best friend.
Her newborn is a brand ambassador for an insurance company.
The singer got married weeks to her due date.
She vowed to protect her child by not posting or opening a social media page for the kid.
