Air conditioners market has been growing due to changes in climate as some regions all over the globe are experiencing the shift in weather.

Companies such as LG and Samsung provided a solution to that effect by having home appliances that will give you that comfortable working condition from home.

Samsung recently launched the first WindFree air conditioner in Kenya to be in line with climate change’s goal of clean energy.

According to the United Nation’s report, it states that the global air conditioner stock is estimated to increase from 660 million units in 2015 to more than 1.5 billion units by 2030, escalating carbon emissions from this sector.

It further states that the growth of air conditioners market in the region is mostly driven by countries with rising incomes and large metropolitan areas located in warm or hot climates such as South Africa, Egypt and Nigeria.

In fact, the last five years have been the five warmest. The largest market was China, as the world’s single-largest producer of room air conditioners (RAC), as well as the largest demand in terms of the number of ACs with 44.63 million units.

The second-largest market was Asia, excluding Japan and China, with a market demand of 17.82 million units. The third-largest market was Japan, whose demand reached 10.52 million units.

North America reached a market demand with 15.59 million units, followed by Europe with 6.91 million units and Latin America with 6.83 million units.

The air conditioner boasts the ability to cut energy consumption by 55 per cent. It ensures the room temperatures remain regulated according to the user’s preferences.

It is designed to cool or heat wide and large areas meaning the temperature of an entire room can be managed easily.

A bonus of this device is the Good Sleep mode, an innovation that automatically manages the temperature of the room while people are asleep to optimize the various stages of their sleep cycle.

It comes with an AI (artificial intelligence) Auto Cooling feature that makes it easier to stay warm or cool.

With artificial intelligence, the device analyses room conditions, user-preferred temperatures and heating or cooling modes, and even the climate outdoors to automatically switch to an optimal room setting.

The innovative two-way Auto Swing automatically controls the airflow direction, so it evenly distributes warm or cool air to ensure maximum comfort.

It works with the Samsung SmartThings app, so you can turn the air conditioner on and off, schedule operations, switch settings, and even monitor power consumption from your smartphone.

The new technology within the air conditioner provides users with an effective cooling experience without the unpleasant sensation of harsh, cold air blowing directly onto their skin.

The average temperature of the planet in July 2019 was about 1°C above the 20th century average, according to NOAA, the United States (USA) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. This makes it the warmest month on record.
