Good service to your leader grows your influence and affirms your style.
How Do You Best Serve the People You Lead? Effective leaders see themselves as effective servants. They seek ways to serve and add value to the people they lead – and it confirms their leadership style. You don’t lead in a vacuum, you lead people, and whatever style you think you have must be verified by the people you lead. As a leader, what is your plan to offer the best service to your people? If you can’t serve people, you can’t lead them effectively.
