Good service to your leader grows your influence and affirms your style.

They seek ways to serve and add value to the people they lead – and it confirms their leadership style. You don’t lead in a vacuum, you lead people, and whatever style you think you have must be verified by the people you lead. As a leader, what is your plan to offer the best service to your people?
