Is the confirmation of charges against Uhuru, Ruto, Muthaura and Sang good for Kenya?

The International Criminal Court has confirmed charges against four out of six post elections violence suspects. The judges confirmed the charges against Uhuru Kenyatta, William Ruto, Francis Muthaura and Joshua arap Sang. The pre-trial chamber ruled that the evidence submitted by the
prosecutor against  the four suspects met the legal threshold for the
case to be recommended for a full trial. The judges also declined to
confirm the charges against Gen Hussein Ali and Henry Kosgei. They said
that the evidence presented by the prosecutor was not enough to commit
