WOMAN SCOOPS THIKA PARLIAMENTARY SEAT BY JAMES WAINAINA

Alice Wambui Ng’ang’a becomes the first woman MP elect to represent the new Thika constituency. She bagged 72,851 votes. Second was Elizabeth Matere who got 7,700 votes  while David Njehia finished third with 5,500 votes.
