Dorcas was adorned with a flowery yellow-themed dress with black printed patches.
First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto led other leaders in attending the launch of the Professional Association Of Nyanza (PANY) Women's strategic plan.
The cabinet secretaries in attendance included ICT CS Eliud Owalo, labour CS Florence Bore, gender CS Aisha Jumwa, and Education Ezekiel Machogu. Deputy speaker Gladys Shollei led MPS in attendance. Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru led the Council of Governors in attendance.
Under the patronage of Owalo, PANY aims to unveil its comprehensive roadmap for advancing the socio-economic status of women in Nyanza.
The strategic plan launch event seeks to enlighten and offer insights into the strategies and initiatives that PANY will undertake to foster gender equality, economic empowerment, and social inclusion for women.
