THERE are only two big winners in the latest opinion poll from Strategic Research - Musalia Mudavadi and 'undecided' voters. Newly appointed director of the anti-corruption commission Mumo Matemu has been stopped from taking office. THE government has received US$100 million (Sh8.4 billion) from donors for the procurement of CCTV cameras to enhance security across the country. CCTV cameras are mounted on inside and outside buildings to record the movements of people in a series of photos.
