The government has announced 114 job vacancies across various state corporations and institutions.
The vacancies were published in the government paper, My Gov, on May 7, 2024.
Kenya tsetse and trypanosomiasis eradication council under the Ministry of Agriculture has advertised 24 job opportunities.
They include supply chain management officers, human resource management officers, ICT officers, veterinary officers and planning officers.
The Corporation is also seeking to employ seven veterinary entomologists, two assistant veterinary entomologists, a knowledge management officer and a corporate communication officer.
It has also advertised the position of a land management officer, accountant, administration assistant, customer care assistant and four office assistants.

At the Ministry of Treasury, the Global Fund Program has advertised the position of a senior program officer.
The officer's mandate will among others, be to coordinate the preparation of work plans, budgets, M&E plans and performance frameworks for Global Fund Grants (TB, HIV and Malaria) managed by the Principal Recipient-The National Treasury and coordinate Principal Recipient Oversight activities for implementation of grants.
An applicant will be required to be a registered medical professional with at least a bachelor’s degree in medicine, with a master’s degree in public health systems, community health or equivalent, have good knowledge of health sector programming with at least 10 years experience in management of public health programs in large organization at a senior level.
He or she should know the structure and operations of the public health service delivery system including the devolved health system, at least five years’ experience in the implementation of donor-funded infectious disease control projects and experience in implementation of Global Fund grants will be an added advantage.

The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA), is looking for 32 professionals to fill in vacancies including those of 13 environment assistants.
The Authority also advertised positions for a CS/Director of Legal Services, Deputy Director of Internal Audit, senior principal internal audit, senior principal ICT officer and five compliance/environment officers.
Other officers needed include an environment research officer, two ICT officers, a corporate communications officer, a legal officer, a supply chain management officer, a strategy and management officer and three supply chain management assistants.
