Harambee Starlets under-18 coach Beldine Odemba has named the junior Starlets provisional squad for the upcoming women's Cecafa Championships.

The 44-member provisional squad is expected to report to camp to fine-tune their preparations for the regional assignment set to start on June 24, in Nairobi.

The squad is a blend of players from high school and select Women's League teams who fit the age bracket.

Ulinzi Starlets attacking sensation Fasila Adhiambo highlights the squad. The former Kangemi Ladies player has been in imperious form since joining the soldiers in the middle of the just concluded league season.

"The under-18 tournament provides a platform for the young players to showcase their talent," Odemba said.
