Harambee Stars captain made history after scoring four goals on Monday night to help Al Duhail clinch the Qatar Stars League title.
The encounter, which had Al Duhail thrash Al Shamal 5-2, also saw Olunga hit 22 goals to clinch the Golden Boot for the second year running.
This was Al Duhail's first league title in three seasons, their eighth overall title, dethroning record champions Al Assad (16 titles).
Olunga's four strikes kept him out of reach from his closest challenger, Omar Al Somah of Al Arabi, who has 19 goals.
Almoez Ali opened the floodgates for Al Duhail in the seventh minute before Olunga went on the rampage, scoring after 21, 32, 35 and 52 minutes.
Matis Nani(48th minute) and Moustafa Tarek (90+4 minutes) scored for Al Shamal.
Speculation has been rife on Olunga's future with several European clubs said to be interested and it's a matter of time before the former Upper Hill and Gor Mahia striker decides on what next.
