Beat the Odds with Betway and stand to win cash, other amazing prizes

Kenya’s largest online betting provider, Betway, has recently launched their Beat the Odds promotion which will run throughout the 2022/23 football season.

The leaderboard promotion, which gives you an opportunity to earn points by predicting and betting on the outcomes of pre-selected matches each week, will reward you with amazing weekly prizes.

Every bet and prediction you make will either earn or lose you points on the overall leaderboard. Top the leaderboard at the end of the promotion, and you'll walk away with the grand prize of Sh300,000 in cash.

In addition to the grand prize, Betway will also randomly award weekly spot prizes such as cash, Free Bets, fuel and grocery vouchers, tech and lifestyle goodies, and replica jerseys to qualifying players.

The first 60 days of the promotion will see Betway giving away Sh350,000 in prizes, but it doesn't end there.

Customers have a lot to look forward to throughout the season as, after the initial 60 days, another set of tech, cash, and lifestyle prizes will be up for grabs as well as the incredible Sh300,000 grand prize.

To participate, all you have to do is visit the Beat the Odds page on the Betway site and predict or bet on the outcomes of selected games. Choose correctly and you'll earn points for the overall leaderboard, betting on the outcomes will even earn you double points.

Terms and conditions

‘Betway Beat the Odds’ promotion has been running from August 1, 2022 and is open to all new and existing customers. All bets must be placed within the timeline of the promotion.

Only 18 years or older persons with a valid Betway account can participate.

The customers must also be either Kenyan citizens or permanently reside in Kenya. Customers must also make match result (1X2 ­— Home win, draw or away win) predictions on pre-selected fixtures each week.

In order to qualify, customers must include at least one pre-selected match in their prediction, not all the games. Once a punter has made his/her prediction on the chosen games, he/she cannot alter the decision in any way.

If all the predictions are correct, the punter will get additional points on their leaderboard. If the predictions are incorrect, points will be deducted from the total tally on the leaderboard.

There are two options for customers in the Beat the Odds promotion. They can either make predictions only or make predictions and place a bet on the chosen outcomes. If the bet wins, the customer gets a double-point reward or loses half a point if the bet is incorrect.

Winners will be notified directly by Betway.

In the event that two or more players end the promotion on the same number of points, the prize may be divided equally, or In the case of the grand prize, all qualifying players will enter a lucky draw where one winner will be randomly chosen.

The winners will be chosen at the end of each week and notified within 48 hours. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours after the draw, a new winner will be selected.
