Gospel singer Mary Lincoln says being branded a devil worshiper online took a toll on her ministry.

Lincoln is married as the second wife of popular media personality Njogu Wa Njoroge.

Speaking to Ala C on YouTube, the mother of three said when she got married to the radio personality, haters launched various accusations on social media.

"I have been trolled but the one that got me is being told that I am a devil's agent," she said, adding that she is a Christian born and raised up by a reverend father.

Lincoln also shared her struggles in raising her three children, who allegedly had 'strange' diseases.

"My journey with my children was not an easy one. All went through various struggles. My lastborn child would cry the whole night with no specific disease," she said.

"If it was today, I would have abused drugs to make me forget the struggles of having sleepless nights."

She said the struggles went on until she quit her first marriage.

The gospel star and Njogu wa Njoroge became the talk of town after their traditional ceremony in 2020.

The dowry event was attended by media personalities.

Njogu wa Njoroge was previously married with children with his first wife.

Mary Lincoln is also a close friend of top politicians in Kenya as she attends top government events and posts photos of herself mingling freely with them.

During Mashujaa Day, she was among the people who took a photo with Miguna Miguna a few hours after he returned to the country.
