Selling and consuming miraa and alcohol within public beaches should be outlawed.

Children and adolescents have access to the beaches and they are very likely to try the drugs to satisfy their natural curiosity. Parents allow their children to go to the beach without supervision thinking the public beaches are the safest places they can enjoy.

But today, that’s where young girls at their tender age will see other young girls sipping alcohol and sitting on the laps of older white men.

The immorality witnessed from dawn to dusk exposes children to drugs.
