Police have arrested one suspect and recovered a consignment of unaccustomed alcoholic drinks and fake stamps.
The unaccustomed goods were recovered on Wednesday.
Police said they arrested the suspect following an intelligence operation conducted by multi-agency teams.
Following a detailed search of the area, officers recovered, 250 litres of drums of ethanol, assorted bottle lids and assorted counterfeit stamps.
"Also recovered were three empty tanks of 3000 litres, one 5000 litres tank full of blended alcohol, and a 10,000 litres tank containing 3000 litres of blended alcoholic drink," police said.
Additionally, assorted empty alcohol bottles and a fully-fledged manufacturing and bottling plant were also discovered.
"The scene has since been preserved for further processing and investigation by DCI's Economic and Commercial Crimes Unit," police said.
The suspect is currently being held for questioning to provide leads for the apprehension of his 10 other accomplices.
