A chaotic incident that erupted at the Bomas of Kenya minutes past 11 pm on Friday saw an IEBC official assulted.
The incident which was live on major televisions in the country captured a man roughing up after picking him from his seat and dragging him away.
A push and pull ensue as the official is seen holding on to something like a gadget to his chest in an apparent attempt to block a man from grabbing it from him.

The unidentified man, however, manages to grab the gadget-like thing and passes it to a woman who immediately walks with it away.
During the standoff, Nairobi Woman rep is captured exchanging words with a group of people at the surrounding.
Police officers responded to the standoff and are seen urging the group to maintain calm.
