Ruto leads in Ol-Jorok, Nyandarua county

UDA presidential candidate William Ruto has won the majority of votes in Ol-Jorok Constituency, Nyandarua county.

In the results announced by IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati on Friday morning, 31,982  voters backed Ruto.

A total of 39,867 votes were cast. Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance presidential candidate Raila Odinga got 7,579 votes.

Root's party candidate George Wajackoyah and Agano's David Mwaure garnered 166 and 140 votes respectively.

296 votes cast were spoilt.

Chebukati has so far announced 6 verified constituency presidential results out of the 290.

 Ol-Jorok has a total of 60,199,  registered voters.
