 A minority 25 per cent supports the old dynasties in lead up to the 2022 elections, while the majority, 62 per cent, feels the country needs a new generation of leaders, a drop from 72 per cent who were in support in November 2021.

Radio Africa Group has from time to time published political opinion polls through the Star newspaper as well as its Radio stations— Radio Jambo, Classic 105, Kiss FM and Gukena FM.

These political polls have been monumental in determining the status of the political climate leading to various elections and by-elections.
