Jubilee legislators have protested the removal of their members from the list of nominees to the Parliamentary Service Commission.

The lawmakers have accused ODM of violating the Azimio coalition agreements to share the three slots for the powerful commission among Jubilee, ODM and Wiper.

They now want the speaker of the National Assembly and PSC chairman Moses Wetangula to halt the consideration of nominees to the Commission until the matter is resolved.

They have called their coalition leadership to convene an urgent meeting to resolve the matter or they "announce the next course of action".

On Wednesday, the senators, through a motion moved by minority leader Steward Madzayo amended the list of nominees to the Commission.

In the amendment that was approved by the senate, Isiolo senator Fatuma Dullo (Jubilee ) was replaced with her Nyamira counterpart Okong'o Omogeni (ODM).

The MPs include Sabina Chege (nominated), Fatuma Dullo (Isiolo) and Adan Kenyan (Eldas).

"Let us have our position and we will give it to a person of our choice. Our fist choice was John Waluke (Sirisia)," Keynan said.
