Education review team to visit six counties

The presidential working party on education reforms will today visit six counties for public engagement.

The team led by Raphael Munavu has spread out across the country in different counties.

On Thursday they will visit Mombasa, Makueni, Elgeyo Marakwet, Bungoma, Nyamira, and Homa Bay counties.

"The specific locations are Coast Girls, Makueni Boys, Nyeri High, Tambach Teachers College, St Teresa Sio Secondary, Sironga Girls, and Homa Bay High," the notice reads.

Only three counties of Isiolo, Wajir and Laikipia are slotted for Friday.

"The venues are Isiolo Girls, Wajir High and CDF Hall Nanyuki," the notice reads.

According to another gazette notice, the public can drop their views at the party’s office at 10th floor Absa Towers, Loita Street in Nairobi.

“The submissions should be addressed to the chairperson and hand-delivered to the working party offices," the notice reads.

The notice signed by Munavu further clarifies that the deadline for submissions is November 18.

For electronic submission, the views should be sent to [email protected].

"The views should be submitted by way of memoranda, letters, or research papers," the notice reads.
