Fracas arose at the national tallying centre in Bomas after Azimio team alleged irregularities.

In a video seen by the Star on Saturday, CAS Rachel Shebesh caused a standoff when she demanded that IEBC officials should stop the verification process to deal with the matter.

She was joined by other Azimio leaders, who were seen pointing fingers toward the tallying team.

The leaders were chanting before the GSU officers mandated to provide security and order, calmed them down.

However, chaos continued as Shebesh was seen snapping at the officers.

Addressing the media on Friday, IEBC CEO Marjan Hussein urged he people within Bomas to maintain order.

"We don't want people heckling here, this is not a marketplace," Hussein said.
