Raila wins big in Ugenya constituency

Azimio presidential candidate Raila Odinga has taken lead in Ugenya constituency in Siaya county.

The ODM leader garnered 47,252 votes against his closest rival UDA's William Ruto who got 842 votes.

The Roots Party leader George Wajackoyah got 103 while his Agano Party counterpart David Mwaure had 49 votes.

On Saturday the Independent Electoral and Boundaries said the constituency had 69,027 registered voters.

Total valid votes were 48,246 while 275 votes were rejected.
