DP William Ruto has arrived for his manifesto launch in Kasarani, Nairobi.
Ruto arrived at exactly 6:30pm and was received by the UDA party officials and Kenya Kwanza Alliance principals.
Ruto was accompanied by his security as they made way for him into the podium surrounded by the leaders and his supporters.
The DP was also accompanied by his running mate Rigathi Gachagua.
The DP will be launching his manifesto after conducting county economic forums in the 47 counties.
It is during the forums that they collected views on the specific needs of each county.
He is expected to sign charters with each of the 47 counties and special groups.
The launch of the manifesto will take place at Kasarani stadium shortly.
