Roots Party presidential candidate, George Wajackoyah on Wednesday said he will sack Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i if elected president.

Speaking in an interview with NTV, Wajackoyah said he will carry out a sacking of state officers.

"I will sack all the ministers including the minister for internal security," Wajackoyah said.

He said that he will change everything in the government and there will be a ministry for 'herb'.

"What I know is that we will have a serious ministry for herbs," Wajackoyah added.

He said that he will bring in new faces and people who have no 'hope' to the cabinet

"I will bring people who belong to the world, people who have no future."

ThebRoots Party leader added that he can not disclose the underway plan on who will be in his cabinet.

He said that all other presidential candidates have their cabinets lined up and he is not exceptional.

On Sunday,  Matiang'i accused the Roots Party of misleading the youths.

The CS raised concerns over the rise in illegal use and abuse of marijuana among the youth.

Wajackoyah has however continued with his campaign for the bhang legalization in his political rallies in Kenya.
