Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has said he will traverse the country drumming support for Azimio presidential candidate Raila Odinga.
Kalonzo said the decision to endorse Raila came after intensive consultations with religious and political leaders across the country.
He told the residents to vote for Raila this time round exuding confidence he will win the polls.
Kalonzo said he supported Raila in both 2013 and 2017 polls but they were rigged out.
"If Raila and Kalonzo's votes added to that from Mt Kenya region we will win. We finished the August 9 maths on Thursday," he said.
"I will work with Raila Odinga until we liberate this country. If you vote Raila again, you shall have voted me. So, don't deny him votes, I know some were angry when we differed with Raila on his running mate."
Kalonzo said the Kamba community shouldn't be angry with his decision to reunite with the former prime minister days after announcing he will vie for the presidency.
He instead urged residents of the Ukambani community to support him and deliver 100 percent votes in favour of Raila on August 9.
"I reflected on the matter for a whole week. I saw the possibility of my country heading in the wrong direction if it is taken by conmen. I saw it being destroyed together with the future lives of our children," he said.
He spoke during his first political rally after returning to Azimio at Tala, Machakos County on Friday.
"I sacrificed and helped Kibaki when my country was on the brink of falling. We were fighting each other and I had to come in to salvage the situation," he added.
Kalonzo's said he couldn't work with Kenya Kwanza due to his principles.
"Tumedanganya ya kutosha. People have been going round trying to fight me. Wiper party is not a Kamba party but a national one.
Kalonzo asked the Kamba community to be calm and vote for Raila for the presidency.
