Kiss TV relaunches, to bring new-look entertainment shows

The new look Kiss TV brings a dose of entertainment, music, sports and live shows.

Kiss TV has relaunched and will be bringing you new entertainment programmes throughout the week.

The new-look Kiss TV promises to bring you a dose of your favourite entertainment, music, sports and live shows.

The re-branded Radio Africa-owned TV will now bring fresh new programmes all geared towards captivating its audiences all day, every day.

Among the new programmes are After Burn, a music show which will be hosted by DJ Kym Nickdee and Quellie.

“That is the party before the party. We put you guys into the freshest music and dope conversations. The kind of people we have on our show are elite,” Quellie said.

The two-hour show will run from Monday to Friday from 9 pm to 11 pm.

The new Kiss TV will also bring you The Hustle every Thursday from 8-8:30 pm.

The show will focus on highlighting how millennials are making it in life through all manner of hustles cutting across business, innovations and social media influencing.

On Fridays at 9 pm will be the Friday Night Live hosted by the energetic Charlie Karumi.

Still on Fridays, between 7-7:30 pm, Kiss TV will bring you the Super Star countdown, a music and interview show that will host veteran and new artists who will be interviewed about their journey in the music industry.

The show will be hosted by celebrities who will be invited to appear on the programme and give audiences a countdown of their top ten songs.

Hosts will include famous personalities from a cross-section of industries including musicians, chefs, radio personalities and photographers.

On Saturdays between 5-6 pm will be The Score, a sports show that will bring you all the news and updates on sporting events across the world, touching on football, rugby, athletics and rallying.

It will be hosted by Joe Saina, Big Will and Lotan.

Also on the lineup is the celebrated Kamene Goro aka ‘Fire Babe’ who will host the Saturday morning show dubbed Good Vibes Only from 10 am.

The Big Interview, hosted by Massawe Japanni will run every Saturday from 8 pm.

The one-hour show will bring you interviews featuring big personalities making headlines in the region.

There will be no grey areas and no stone will be left unturned. Tough uncomfortable questions will be put across to politicians, A-list celebrities, influencers, musicians, philanthropists, business owners, entrepreneurs and people with interesting stories.

This is the second time Kiss TV is relaunching in a span of two years after the last relaunch in February 2020.

Before that, Kiss TV had also been relaunched in 2013, four years after its launch in early August 2009.

Other than the guests who will be brought on, all the programmes will be hosted by radio personalities drawn from Radio Africa’s sister radio stations Kiss FM, Homeboyz Radio and Classic 105.

Other than the entertainment shows, Susan Kimachia will bring daily news bulletin skits of stories making headlines a few minutes to 10.30 am every day of the week.
