Charles Ndumba, uncle told the Star that Allan was a good boy throughout his entire school life and his behaviours at the Nyayo stadium shocked the family.

He asked the government to release him adding that the family has no money to bail him out.

"I take this humble chance to ask the government to forgive our son and release him from the cell," he said.

He added that Allan liked President Mwai Kibaki since his childhood and his death could have caused him (Allan) to wail in public the way he did.

"His mourning doesn't mean a lot it's evident that Allan wailed because of the emotions but nothing else. Let the government release him and allow him to come back home," he said.
