Final preparations for the State Funeral service of the late retired President Mwai Kibaki at Nyayo Stadium are underway.

The procession is expected to leave State House at 9:00 am where a mini service will be held before the main funeral service at Nyayo stadium.

The cortege will be received at the stadium at around 10:45 am by President Uhuru Kenyatta and members of the Guards of Honor and the Military.
