Two days after Wajir Woman Representative Fatuma Gedi linked Deputy President William Ruto to land grabbing claims, the National Assembly convened on Thursday at 2:30 pm for her to substantiate the claims.
As the house sat waiting for her to make her submissions, the Wajir woman representative arrived at parliament buildings with a briefcase seemingly containing the evidence.
Dressed in a white dress and blue hijab, Gedi walked into the session flanked by the sergeant at arms who assisted her in carrying the briefcase.
The County MP took her reserved position, opened the briefcase and commenced her submission to the house.
On Tuesday, Gedi reiterated that she has the evidence to link the DP to the land grabbing claims.
"It is in the public domain, including court orders, where the person grabbed land including Lang'ata Primary school and I have no apology to make. I can provide the details," Gedi added.
