Raila heads to Kajiado as Kenya Kwanza camps in Naivasha

ODM leader Raila Odinga will on Wednesday take his Azimio la Umoja gospel to Kajiado County.

The former Prime Minister is seeking to consolidate the Maa community vote.

Raila has been holding a series of meetings with Maasai leaders from both Kajiado and Narok.

The community has embraced the former PM and seems to be leaning towards Azimio la Umoja Movement.

His competitors, the Kenya Kwanza coalition will take their campaigns to Naivasha in Nakuru County.

The Kenya Kwanza campaign will be spearheaded by ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi and his Ford Kenya counterpart Moses Wetang'ula.

The leaders will address residents of Naivasha Town, Karagita and Kamere areas.

On Tuesday, Mudavadi and Wetang'ula led Kenya Kwanza campaigns in Nairobi alongside a host of elected leaders allied to Deputy President William Ruto's United Democratic Alliance.

Ruto seems to have taken a strategy break as his coalition partners continue to engage the electorates.
