DP William Ruto has reiterated that he will deliver on the big four agenda when elected. 

Ruto who was traversing the Nyeri county on Saturday said he will prioritize the Big four.

“We will give out Sh100billion on housing and value addition for the youths,” he said as the crowd chanted.

“These are our children. We have taken them to school, if we don’t plan about their employment who will?”

Ruto said next year, he will stand firm on the promises even if the president retires.

He said since 30 percent of workers are the ordinary citizens, most of them can’t borrow from the bank.

“These businessmen will have Sh50m every year for borrowing without interest,” Ruto said.

He said he understands government priority projects and programmes that needed to be implemented to transform the country's economy.

The Dp said Karatina market will benefit from his Bottom-Up Economic Model as  he plans to make such markets the centre of economic growth.

He said his government will provide finances to small traders in order to boost their business.

"We are determined to grow our economy from the bottom," Ruto said.
