The United Nations has condemned the Kenyan attack on the Dusit complex that left 14 dead.
Through his spokesman, secretary general António Guterres
extended his condolences to the families of the victims and wished those injured a swift recovery.
In a statement on Wednesday, Guterres
expressed his solidarity with the people and government of Kenya.
President Uhuru Kenya earlier on Wednesday said that security forces had killed all the militants who stormed 14 Riverside Drive in Nairobi.
Uhuru said 14 civilians were confirmed dead and over 700 others had been safely evacuated.
The attack on the DusitD2 hotel began shortly after 3 pm on Tuesday with an explosion in the parking lot then a suicide bombing in the foyer, police said.
