Six family
members have perished in a road accident
along the Kericho- Nakuru highway.
The accident occurred at Complex area near the Chepseon trading centre, a black spot section.
Some of the victims were students going back to school, according to the police.
The accident occurred when
a saloon car they were travelling in
collided head-on with a lorry
heading towards Kericho.
The saloon car was enroute to Nakuru.
This deadly crash comes
just four days after Inspector general Joseph Boinnet lauded Kenyans for fewer road accidents and crimes during the 2018 festive season compared to previous years.
