Sirisia MP John Waluke wants Parliament to be dissolved and a fresh presidential election held.
Addressing the press at Parliament Buildings on Monday, the MP said the leaders want to know who former Jubilee Vice Chairman David Murathe was speaking for.
"We want to know who is sending Murathe to speak nonsense every day. Many Members of Parliament are tired of his speech. 85 per cent of us want to go for new elections," he said.
"We want this 12th Parliament to be dissolved so that we and go and seek a new mandate."
The 2010 Constitution Article 59 (3) states that should Parliament pass a resolution supported by majority of the MPs declaring it has no confidence in the government, the President should within three days either resign from his office or dissolve Parliament.
"If the National Assembly passes a resolution which is supported by the votes of a majority of all the members of the Assembly (excluding the ex officio members), and of which not less than seven days’ notice has been given in accordance with the standing orders of the Assembly, declaring that it has no confidence in the Government of Kenya, and the President does not within three days of the passing of that resolution either resign from his office or dissolve Parliament, Parliament shall stand dissolved on the fourth day following the day on which that resolution was passed," the Constitution reads.
Waluke further said while Deputy President William Ruto is busy with the Big Four agenda, he his being attacked by Murathe.
Murathe, who resigned on Sunday, has come under fire for telling the DP to retire when President Uhuru Kenyatta's term ends in 2022.
He has threatened to go to the Supreme Court to block Ruto from vying for the top seat.

Nominated MP Halima Mucheke, who was also present, said there is peace in Jubilee since Murathe's
exit.
"Everybody was tired of his rubbish. We did not expect him to say what he has been saying about the DP who was elected together with Uhuru," she said.
"Jubilee Party is like a homestead. The President is our father and the DP our mother. We feel the pain and don't want anyone to mess with our mother."
Mucheke echoed Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri's and told Uhuru to resign if he was tired of his job.
"I hear you are in Mombasa to reshuffle the Cabinet. If you are no longer capable of governing tell us to have a presidential election," Ngunjiri said on Sunday.
"In fact, if there's a government that has pinned down its people both economically and politically, it is Uhuru's government."
Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has also called out Uhuru and blamed him for lack of development projects in Central Kenya.
