Parents have asked Education Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed to consider returning remedial classes.

Parents from Limuru Town Primary School asked the Ministry of Education to come up with a strategy of monitoring how holiday tuition will be administered, instead of abolishing it.

John Wainaina, the father of Joy Mukami who topped at the school with 437 marks, said some parents are forced to hire a teacher for their children during the weekends and holidays.
