Makueni principal charged with sexually harassing KCSE candidate

The principal of a school in Makueni county has been charged with indecently touching a KCSE candidate.

Muumani Secondary School principal Francis Mulwa appeared before senior resident magistrate Martin Mutegi in Tawa law court and denied the charge.

He is accused of touching the girl's breasts and bottom last Thursday.

Mulwa was released on a Sh250,000 bond with a surety of

a similar amount or a Sh100,000 bail.

The case will be mentioned on December 6 and the hearing will be on February 15 next year.
